Hooray hooray today is the last day of winter! (at least it is on the calendar and in my big optimistic heart!). I'm really looking forward to the spring and summer - everyday I check my iPhone app to see how much more daylight we will have; sounds a bit crazy I know, but that's how much I dislike winter! So.. more about these photos, they are from my last trip to Amsterdam. It was probably  the coldest day of the winter but I was happy because I spent it with my best friend and her little boy. I arrived a little unprepared for the snow so my friend lent me cool biker boots and I loved them so much I'm going to get some for next winter. As I was looking at the photos the thought came to my mind that it was just like the good old days when we shared an apartment in London and we always swapped clothes. We have the same taste: one day we went shopping at different times in the same shop and both came home with the exact same same dress and shoes! What were the chances of that! Thank you my friend for so many great memories. X

Hello everyone,

I know I haven't been posting a lot recently; I've just had so much going on and it seems the London weather is only good for polar bears no fashionistas these days! But the good news is that it' the last month of winter and spring will be here soon. I braved the cold this week to take a few shots while working at a great event - London Fashion Weekend. I wore my all time favorite dungarees which are right on trend now. And I teamed them with a denim shirt, to get the double denim look which is also in vogue at the moment. To give the outfit some chic I wore my new velvet pumps and some gold jewellery. And for some color I wore my purple jacket, a color I never tire of wearing. I hope you like it. X

Shoes. How many can a girl have? Not enough of course! I love shoes, and don't know many girls who don't. My boyfriend thinks he keeps falling over them in the house - but that's the price of looking good.So tough on him. Today I'm wearing some new shoes courtesy of the guys from Sperry Top-Sider. I love the brand's style and what's great about these particular shoes is that they are comfy to wear while being right on trend with the zebra print. They really catch the eye and look great with a skirt or jeans. For someone like me who's so into fashion they are perfect for a long day walking around the boutiques of Bond Street in style and comfort. For the rest of the outfit I put on my boyfriend's turtleneck to keep me warm over a leather dress worn to look like a skirt. Have a great week everyone. X

Black&white

The monochrome trend will be massive this spring with the shops already full of black and white clothing. That's how I've styled this look: a light top with dark jeans and black accessories. I've had this cream coat for ages, But I don't wear it often. First I'm not very good with white (especially outwear) and second...well come to think of it there isn't a second reason. And as it's such a beautiful piece perhas I should wear it more often? it's a piece of simple and clean design for a very chic look! Hope you will like it.

PS: Sorry for my grumpy expression, it was a very cold day and this is not a winter coat! X
